Customer orientedness
All Präha staff, ie management, head teachers, teachers and lecturers and all others, are committed to providing the best customer care possible. This manifests itself in the way we behave towards our students and employees, the businesses we cooperate with, professional organisation, and local and regional government departments.
For us, customer orientedness mainly means
- seriously assuming responsibility for providing practice-oriented vocational training for our students
- continuously revising and improving our structural organisation
- classrooms and social spaces that come up to high standards, in terms of design and technology
- a friendly atmosphere of partnership and mutual appreciation between teachers and learners
Staff and student satisfaction
We aim for a high level in satisfaction on the part of our students and staff. In order to achieve this, we have implemented our complaint and problem-solving management. Justified criticism from our customers will be met with the commitment to find solutions, generousness and suitable preventative measures for the future.
Optimizing performance
Quality is a top priority for us. All Präha staff feel committed to the highest efficiency possible. They are constantly trying to improve quality-relevant parametres and results. For that reason our quality management is documented and continuously developed, and we encourage our staff to suggest ideas for improvement. This is the basis for the systematic and on-going setting of quality standards.
Our corporate culture
An essential component of our corporate culture is the ongoing improvement and development of our courses on the one hand, and on the other hand the creation of new customer-oriented curricula and teaching or learning methods, based on what is required in the world of work. Apart from that, Präha feels committed to keeping up traditions, in recognition of the long years of successfully developing its various schools.
Präha's policy
Being a part of public life we aim for acceptance and to be involved in educational developments in our communities as well as the state. In order to achieve this, we have made our activities transparent to the public and follow a media-oriented information and cooperation policy. Through our active memberships in the Association of German Private Schools (Verband Deutscher Privatschulen VDP) and other professional and business associations, we keep in close contact to policy makers, take part in professional and scientific discussions and exchange views and ideas with other schools.
